Vulcan Baie by French Avenue is a fruity floral eau de parfum for women and men, released in 2025. 100ml.

This is the sparkling one in the Vulcan line. It opens on blackberry and blackcurrant with rosemary and bergamot cutting the sweetness, then moves into a heart built around raspberry and a vodka accord — the boozy note that gives it fizz rather than syrup. Basil and lily of the valley keep it green underneath.

The dry-down is softer than the opening suggests: strawberry and peach fading into musk, amber and sandalwood, with patchouli and a whisper of incense stopping it from turning candy-sweet. Wearers describe it as a sparkling pink lemonade — bright, boozy and playful, closer to a summer drink than a dessert.

It sits close to the skin rather than projecting hard, which makes it an easy daytime wear in Nairobi and Mombasa heat where sweeter fruity scents can become heavy.
