Musammam Black Intense by Lattafa (Pride Collection)

Musammam Black Intense by Lattafa is a woody aromatic eau de parfum for men from the Pride Collection, released in 2025 and composed by perfumer Jordi Fernández. 100ml. Also spelled Musamam Black Intense.

It opens crisp and slightly barbershop — lavender and sage sharpened by nutmeg and bergamot. That aromatic lift is the first act, and it's bolder than most Lattafa openings. The heart turns dry and structured around cedarwood, geranium, Rosyfolia and Mahonial, holding a polished floral thread through the middle.

The base is what makes it: Cocoapulse™ and maple bring a caramelised, faintly cocoa warmth, with tonka, patchouli and Ambrofix™ pulling it into woody-gourmand territory. Dark and smooth rather than sweet.

Projection is strong and it wears about seven hours. This is evening and cooler-weather territory — Nairobi nights rather than Mombasa afternoons, where its density can become heavy.

The darkest of the three Musammam releases. Where the original leans warm and White Intense goes clean, Black Intense is the deepest and most gourmand of the set.
