Club de Nuit Sillage by Armaf

Club de Nuit Sillage by Armaf is a floral woody musk eau de parfum for women and men, released in 2020. 105ml.

It opens with a sharp citrus burst — bergamot, lemon and lime with ginger and violet leaf, blackcurrant adding a tart edge. There's a cool, almost metallic quality running underneath, like ozone in the air, and that's the signature. The heart softens into rose, iris and jasmine, keeping it elegant rather than purely fresh.

The base is where it earns its name: ambroxan, musk, sandalwood and cedar leave a trail that carries well across a room.

Widely regarded as Armaf's interpretation of Creed Silver Mountain Water. Wearers who own both say Sillage captures the icy, metallic freshness accurately and projects considerably harder, though it carries less of the green floral character of the original.

Two to three sprays is plenty — this projects strongly and runs eight hours or more. Best in warm weather and daytime, and one of the few Club de Nuit releases that works as easily in Mombasa heat as in the evening.
